Life is so good!

Life is so exciting and good. Maybe because the God that we serve is so Good. God is ever so gracious and merciful. I cannot help but praise Him. I cannot help but worship Him. Whoah...
Driving to "work," I was overwhelmed by the beauty of God, who He is and what He stands for. Looking up at the bright and awe-strucking sunlight streaming down at me... I felt a sense of God's affirmation in knowing that I'm in the right place at the right time. This is the best feeling in the world. There is no other place that I would rather be than here. We always try to box our God in... putting and fitting Him into a shape, structure, "thing", that we want Him to fit neatly into. God needs to bust out, overturn the state of how our world is currently functioning, and make all things Bad into Good (recall, "See... I make all things New"). Only God can do it... and it is our utmost privilege to be used by Him to do these "good" things. Can we ever concoct out of our own will (and sinful nature) to do Good? NEVER! It is only by His Grace that we can ever do Good.
For anyone reading this and want to share about your expressions of praise and adoration to our God ... do comment :)

Jess,
I praise God that I got to know the girl(You) I only knew by name and face before this past year. Now I know you're a sister in Christ being used by God to affect change in our world and in the lives of the people around you. You're an encourager by God's gifting and an encouragment as a person God is molding. Also, a cool and fun friend(even though you sleep early) who I've come to care about. So I praise God for you. My sister and friend.

And yes, life is good and our God is amazing and awesome.
Jess...I praise God with you, "I bless GOD every chance I get; my lungs expand with his praise." (Ps 34:1, Msg)
It's encouraging to know that praises are lifted up to God all over the world. There is NONE like Him and NONE besides Him ...Our awesome GOD never ceases to amaze me too.
Praising HIM with you,
SamW
Sammy... I thought of a verse when reading your comment...
Isaiah 61:11
"...the sovereign Lord will make righteousness and praise spring up before all nations."
Your verse (Ps 34:1) seems to ring so true... how our lungs expand with praise to Him... Wow!
